Hammer High-Performance Training for Track and Field offers real-life training schedules that can be adapted for any athlete, regardless of age, sex, or stage of athletic development. Whether your event is sprinting, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, javelin, high jump, shot put, discus, weight throw, hurdles and Hammer training will help you improve your technique and results.
