Juniors
This is an introductory training program for the advanced youth athlete. Hammer Youth is a modified, scaled down version of Hammer Elite. Perfect for the young athlete with the desire to compete and advance to the next level.
Elite
Training for advanced high school and college athletes. Hammer Elite is the best sport-specific training program. Period. Combining our proven speed, agility and quickness program with specialized strength and core development. Whether you are a college athlete or a high school athlete planning on playing in college, this program is a must.
Hammer Sports Specific Programs
Athletes will take part in a structured program based on the physiological profile of their sport and position. Precise attention is given to every element of athletic performance from strength, speed, agility and nutrition.

Personal Training - Private Instruction
Hammer Training Academy offers private instruction to all our clients. You can start anytime you like. You'll work with the best strength and conditioning specialists one on one or in very small groups. Call us and we'll be happy to co-design the best solution for you.
Supervised Group Instruction
This is for athletes able to make a serious commitment to training. An experienced and qualified strength and conditioning coach will provide workout supervision and motivation. Days off will be given from time to time depending on ability to recover from intense training.
Hammer Team Training (Annual)
We will work with the coaching staff to implement off season training system including programs and monitoring techniques. During the in season, we will coordinate strength and conditioning with team practices to ensure athletes peak for games. In addition, we will help coaches characterize practice activities so that they're aligned with the physiological requirements of the sport and individual positions.
Hammer Workshop
Years of training experience tells us that building a better athlete is a team effort. We'll use the first few sessions for introductions, explain the art and science of physically preparing an athlete. We'll cover nutrition and exercise technique so that you "hit the ground running" for maximum results.
Hammer Adult
This high intense, high energy, high fun training program is perfect for men or women who need to add variety to their workout. A Hammer trainer will instruct you in general speed, agility and conditioning drills. Designed to burn calories, increase strength and improve balance and stability.
