    Camp Coordinator/Director Program

    If you are interested in becoming a camp coordinator for Hammer Academy Speed Camp please read the following requirements.

    Coordinator/ Directors responsibilities include:

      1. Securing the location of a facility that will accommodate around 60 to 80 athletes at one time such as a double basketball court gym, field house or outdoor track.
      2. The collection of at 50 names of athletes who have expressed interest in having a camp in your area prior to scheduling a camp.
      3. Help in local advertising and promotion campaign of camps and clinics.
        • Hammer Academy provides all advertising and promotional materials such as flyers, post cards, brochures etc.)

    Hammer Academy:

      1. Provides all marketing and promotional support and collateral (Flyers, Brochures, Post cards, etc)
      2. Provides Professional Staff
      3. Customized Training programs
      4. Training shirts
      5. Testing equipment
      6. Training Equipment
      7. Payment of all incurred cost (Facility rental, Salaries, Insurance, Marketing, etc)

    Notes:

    • Customized sport specific speed training can be arranged providing all the athletes in the camp are involved in the same sport.
    • Group discounts are available.
    • If athletes sign up in groups of 15 they will receive a $10 dollar discount.
    • If an athlete refers 10 or more athletes to the camp they will receive free camp admission.
    • Salary is negotiated based on experience and performance.
    • Bonus is in addition to any compensation negotiated and paid.
    • If 60 athletes sign up for the camp, the coordinator will receive a $300 bonus.
    • For every 10 athletes over 60 the director receives an additional $100 bonus. For example:
        • If 70 athletes sign up for the camp, the coordinator will receive a $400 bonus.
        • If 100 athletes sign up for the camp, the coordinator will receive a $700 bonus.
        • If 130 athletes sign up for the camp, the coordinator will receive a $1000 bonus.
