    Hammer Junior Camp
    The Junior program is designed to prepare players who are interested in improving their game and wish to play at higher levels. Each skill is taught using a variety of methods, increasing the level of challenge as the player refines the skill. Though the Premier programs continue to hone technical skills, a significant portion of the training is allocated to player performance, tactical play, positional skills and psychological and physiological development.

    This is a demanding program and requires a committed player, who is able to work for quality at a high work rate. It is important that each candidate take the time to consider if this camp is best suited to his or her needs.

    Hammer Elite Camp
    The Advanced Academy camp is focused on individual player development. During multiple days, students benefit from our progressive Academy training. The Hammer Premier Training Academy's goal is to build well-rounded players utilizing a technical, tactical, physical and mental training model approach. Each component of training is clearly defined with time, pressure and space restraints added, forcing players to execute technically, tactically, physically and mentally. This Camp is physically and mentally demanding and is designed for the serious player looking to elevate his or her game.

    Hammer Team Camp
    Clearly there is no better way to maximize team success than to practice and play together. Hammer Premier Training Academy Team Camps provide the perfect pre-season and in-season training environment. The increasing level of play today demands intense, targeted programs. The aim of the camp is to provide both an individually demanding camp and a structured team environment. The training program for each team will be customized to the needs of the team through consultation with the coach, and a Academy trainer will be assigned exclusively to the team for the week. We incorporate cohesive exercises, dynamic team tactics, and state of the art sport specific strength and conditioning methods tailored to your team's needs. Additionally, your team will also focus on small group tactics, restarts, combination play, defensive and offensive principles and team spirit.

    Hammer Speed & Strength Clinics
    Academy hosts camps and clinics for boys and girls ages 13-18 who participate in any sport and want to improve their athletic performance or don't compete and just want to become more athletic. These camps and clinics are designed to improve the athletic ability of each athlete specifically their strength, speed, agility, power, reaction time, and flexibility. The professional trainers and coaches will teach each athlete valuable performance enhancing techniques that will enable them to be a success in whatever sport they choose in high school, college, and beyond.

    Evaluations - Each athlete will be tested in the 40 yard sprint, vertical jump, long jump, and medicine ball overhead toss. These tests are great indicators of the athletic potential of each athlete and they help the coaches identify the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete in order to define the academy experience.

    Weight Training - Athletes will learn how to weight train properly. The most common sport specific lifts (i.e. squat, bench press, and all Olympic lifts) will be taught in great detail, as well as many other exercises including a complete core training routine.

    Speed Training - Athletes will learn how to run faster. Proper sprinting technique will be reprogrammed so that each athlete can run faster, and accelerate quicker for years to come.

    Agility Training - Athletes will learn many drills to improve their quickness, foot speed, and coordination.

    Plyometric Training - Athletes will be exposed to specialized training techniques that will help them become more explosive, and powerful.
